New York Climate Exchange

The development of a ~400,000 square foot, $700mm academic, research and convening campus on Governor’s Island. SPD serves as Development Manager for the entire development, managing all design and construction in partnership with Cumming Group. SPD is also guiding the Exchange to structure and close a series of transactions, including a ground lease with the Trust for Governor’s Island, a $126mm City funding agreement, Historic and Green Energy tax credit deals, and agreements with operating partners.
