The vision, strategic planning and development of a 45-acre, master-planned district across the street from Lambeau Field, home of NFL's Green Bay Packers. The project features 850,000 square feet of mixed-use space including a hotel, a sports medicine orthopedic clinic, a brewery, 152 apartments and 35 townhomes.
