SPARC

The private-public partnership will transform an existing academic institution into a modern 750,000 square-foot hub known as the Science Park and Research Campus (SPARC) Kips Bay. In a joint venture, SPD is serving as Owner’s Representative to the New York City Economic Development Corp. The project includes construction of academic spaces, a public high school, publicly accessible open space and a new, accessible pedestrian bridge over the FDR Drive.
