Shari Krasnow Renzi is Director of the Commercial Division at SPD, currently coordinating and overseeing multiple high-end projects in various sectors ranging from the financial and commercial to hospitality and retail in New York.
Ms. Renzi is a 33-year veteran in interior renovation projects, having supervised and coordinated close to $1 billion of corporate, retail and institutional construction in New York.
Immediately prior to joining SPD in 2014, Ms. Renzi spent 15 years as a Senior Project Manager at Turner and Townsend / Ferzan Robbins, a top-tier international project management firm.
Her past career experience in the industry includes several years as a Project Manager in two prominent architecture and interiors firms and a construction management company in New York. During her distinguished tenure, Ms. Renzi’s most recent significant commercial projects in which she served as Project Executive and Advisor were: American Express corporate offices, airport lounges and their Private Member Club, Major League Baseball Headquarters and flagship store, National Hockey League Headquarters and flagship store, SNY Headquarters and the Park Avenue Synagogue.
She holds a degree in Interior Design & Architecture from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
