SPD Advisory Group provides comprehensive evaluation of design and construction risk for complex real estate projects, during pre-development and once construction is underway. The majority of our clients are real estate investors who rely on our deep experience in all aspects of design, project management and development to vet the specifics of a project as if it were our own. We advise on potential challenges and recommend strategies to mitigate exposure at all stages of development, whether at the preliminary stages of design, during construction or towards the completion of a project.
