Bedford-Stuyvesant Restoration Corporation (BSRC)

The redevelopment of the ~850,000 square-foot Restoration Plaza site to include new cultural facilities, new commercial and public open space, and over 600 units of mixed-income housing. SPD is negotiating a partnership between BSRC and a private developer to deliver the project, advising on construction-period operations and tenant strategy, and guiding the nonprofit to closing on a $52 million City funding agreement, New Market Tax Credits, and potential HPD affordable housing subsidy.
