The repositioning of a 175,000 square-foot historic campus building as part of a larger strategic plan to leverage trailblazing academic research and catalyze new commercial activity in Upper Manhattan. SPD advised on the underlying economic development strategy, identified a desirable site for Phase 1 execution, and analyzed financial, zoning, and construction feasibility at that location. Future project execution will engage third-party development partners and/or operators.
