The development of a new academic facility and significant private housing on Fordham’s Lincoln Center campus, generating revenues to support future university investments. SPD’s engagement includes full-scale transaction management during solicitation, negotiation, and closing with a private development partner; management of third party architectural, engineering, and zoning experts to determine academic design requirements; and collaboration with legal and government affairs teams to navigate political and regulatory considerations.
