SPD advised the NJEDA on its flagship real estate gap financing program, ASPIRE, conducting an independent review of the Authority’s methodology for evaluating applications and sizing awards. SPD engaged stakeholders to share best practices and develop process improvements to strengthen program transparency and impact.
